The organization is open to prevent the exploitation of weaker section of the society and to ensure the socio -economic development, various types of cooperative schemes have been constituted at different levels in the state.Being part of that organization was an amazing and learning experience.It was a great challenge for me to train about 900-1000 govt employees which i did successfully.That was my plus point that my seniors and colleagues were very coordinating and i got chance to enhance my teaching and presentation skills as a trainer.It was an amazing journey of mine in MPSCU .
