Nothing to be Good with MSPIL. Its just like Kale Pani Ki Saaja. Management do good commitment at the time of interview but totally different once you hv joined them. Even, They did commitment something different at the time of selection but differ the things in appointment letter once you joined them.

Family owned business, run by family with only concept of money and greedy, founder family members are lack of business skills set. Kama community feeling too much inside firm, politics, no salaries in time, work environment, no work -life balance, 15 hrs work, asking covid affects people to come to office, the more you stay at this firm, the more you will loss u r skills, value in the market.
