Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

The company is totally closely held company and owned by a family members. they are manufacturing rugs and fabric for export. it is a well known company in carpet and rug industry . this is also manufacturing paper fabric for musical industry and blinds. I have learned lot of things from managing director of the company .

Earlier company matches the compensation with similar companies in the market but form last few years not proper according to market. As a single person at this level of CFO I have to train juniors and looking after the Export/ Import, Finance, Accounts, personnel and costing but now management not considering all these performances.
