The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that manufacture and markets reliable, high-quality products (Like:- TMT Re-bars, Billet, Steel Wire, HRC Pipe & Tube, Zinc and Galvanized Coils) and has a national client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various States and cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the conditional employee re-hire policy here.

Job Security & company policies. Company has paid each and every employee their salaries on time and also helped those employees to return who went to their homes before lockdown and got stuck.

I dislike the fact that the work which i know how to do, they don't use my skills for that work

The company has equally wonderful outward approach and as this company is manufacturer of TMT bars so manufacturing system is highly advanced and being part of this organization means that one stands on the floor of technology.Moreover, freindly behaviour of senior officers and offering helping hand to their juniors to learn new achievements is impacts a massive plus point on individuals like me working at Madhav group.

Well every coin has two sides,some are there positive and negative things in any workforce.But it's my fortunate since I have joined Madhav alloys private limited group have not experienced any thing worst with me.
