Teammates were very supportive, training was very elaborated,better career growth with job security was there, salary was good getting 1500/- per day, good learning in great work environment, worked on innovation with perfect work life balance.

Very far from my residence take me 3 hours to reach there!

This is one the best institute of GATE and IES examination aspirants who wants to be IES and Through GATE the sceure there position in Navratan and Maharatan companies. Work culture of this organization is very much smoother then other organisations. I work and learnt lots of things. I am very much happy work with Made Easy Institute.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology for making work easier. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, provide the best quality education and has a national base for IES and GATE preparation.

Dislikes

Career growth is low, Management does not recognize the value of individuals which is very painful. I do my work sincerely and got very good review form the students but got unnoticed by the management during my appraisals. Also, there is no proper on-job training for fresher at the center where i m working.

It is the most organized & well cultured company in the field of education. For MADE EASY quality of service is utmost priority. Perfection in service is main takeaway from here.

It's not a disliking but yes 5 days working is must now a days.
