Work culture is not like what you are expecting. Salary is not on time. Behavioural management is worse. Short tempered mentality You are not faithful to them anymore, try and see. It is an enterprise firm. So you have to manage everything but at last you are wrong if any discrepancies happens after all of your actions They do not think about your career
