Management is worst. Daily Employees should work until 12 hrs. but the salary is very low like 14k or 15k. Working environment was very bad. They don't have particular company policy and they will change when ever they want. Important suggestion for Engineer don't join this company and don't waste your valuable time.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I also like employees re hire policy here.

Compensation is nothing, growth is slow. work presure is very high. I have to attend vendore calls in the evening and sometimes late night. Manager do not value an individual s, unique strengths, i have to take back my suggestion most of the times. There is no on job training for fresher. Some times i have to work 14 to 16 hrs straight in a day. There is no to travel permission for interstate vendor visit. There is no lenious for individual work.

...he company give's only 1/3days.The company management through back some workers.Salary hike No Idea and last month (May month salary) only 33% worker's working in the company salary gives only 33% workers, the company doesn't give's salary month of May 2020 Other 67% workers.
