...he same and they do not consider themselves accountable towards their employees. The HR is really rude sometimes for petty reasons, even though they do not even pay interns.

NO SALARY. Salary is never on time. Delay of two months in the salary. These situation is there for over a year now. Founders says that situation is under control. For new employees they will say salary is delayed by a week. But they will not release salaries.

No timely payment of salary. Too much politics.Hire and fire attitude. False promises,Superiors use foul language in front of employees No professionalism at all. Founders are immature,ignorant,irrational and lack the ability of executing ideas. FNF takes years to complete,Will make you literally beg for it. Have flexible hours,which means you will always work extra. employees are forced to put fake reviews about the company. Think at least 1000 times before joining this firm

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
