I feel the fully negative environment in the company. If you withstand a negative environment so join the company then avoid it because your mental health is the priority. Today I feel there are no job security any time company management exits. If you want to join the company, please review first and then join the company. This is a part of life every people not bad or good depending upon our thinking but I just share review based on me I hope this is more benefits to take a decision.

Dislikes

Every small aspect of management involvement and every job you are responsible if you are right or wrong no matter what. There is a huge follow up at list 50% of the time going in follow up. There is no document and training for employees everything is more and more struggling to work. If you want mental peace so I suggest 2 times think and join the company...

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
