... to book a day advance , sometimes you get sometimes not. Appraisal is not good. Bonus is too little. Appraisal Plus Bonus does not make difference. Appraisal Amt gets credited very late around in 4-5 months. Lifts take hell lot of time. Leadership keep on revolving whether it is good or bad. Good Leadership should stay but after period of time they also move in some other group. Which makes group unstable.

They take approx 50k from your salary for year if you opt for parking and that too have waiting. - Special advisory for graduate hires please do not ruin your career starting with Macquarie there is nothing to learn here.

Zero work life balance, Extended shift hours, Monotonous work, Very less focus to enhance technical skills, Very process oriented work, Poor cab service. Great as a first job to do for a year or so, nothing more.
