There is no systems, No fix guidelines, Nobody knows what to do and if someone want to do something new they dont understand it..way back from current pharma industry, only manufacturing company, not a Pharma marketing company.Culture is terrible.High Attrition rate,No career growth, No Appriasal.Management take various suggestions from variuos persons and can conclude nothing, just waste of time

Want to say many things but unfortunately I prefer to stay quite. Macmillan is a multinational company but due to management it's name is going down...

Dislikes

One person is getting increment within 2months and at the same time other is be told to wait 9 months to get increment. That's what happens with me... I have shared my new doctor list with my manager many times but that never gets updated and after that I was blamed for not updating.... Management from top to lower is terrible. Selfish, Especially SHABIR BHAT is a real Crook.

Most unprofessionally managed operations in India. People who are at helm of affairs,with vested interests are misusing and abusing. This is detrimental to growth & development of contributing & committed executives.
