Area manager and Kerala manager are not supporting the staff....In my case I met with an accident in working time...after the accident the doctor told me to take one month bed rest...at that time they compelled me to resign from the job and the black mailed me to resign from the job....and didn't get my final settlement, relieving letter .

Salary is on time .but there will no hike

Office politics is very high specially in NOIDA Office ,Regional Managers are not supportive. Branch Managers only saves their own job and executives are fired every year.

Salary on time, Sales Managers are destroying the image of company constantly.

No appreciation of your work by your manager even if get died while working, so much jealousy and politics of Manager, They don't do increment of loyal employees, instead giving huge amount to losers and deciver and Chamchas, if one want good increment he should start Chanmchagiri, Chamchagiri is the only way to success particularly in Gujarat state.

They always paid the salary on time. Even during pandemic days, they did not do a paycut and paid on time.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture, toxic management. They make the atmosphere terrible for concentrating and working. No promotion until and unless you create a scene and grab it. Appraisal is never good.

Overall Macmillan Education is good but the Heads who are there at organization must have personal care

Inter politics and no recognition for the real workers particularly Tamilnadu. Management is not good wherein they pay heed to other unnecessary things and do injustice to the dedicated employees.Iam a victim of that.. Overall Macmillan Education is good but the Heads who are there at organization should take care of all the employees personally
