...e and bike to go anywhere inside the project site. 2) They give LTA, PF & ESI. 3) They always pay salary time to time (one day before ending the month). 4) In the covid19 pandemic, they didn't sack any employee and ran the site with full safety protocol and also have paid them time to time. For a single day, project work not remained stop.

Dislikes

1) Macmet takes too much time to give Promotion. 2) Salary is slightly low compare to the other companies.

...developing knowledge about Conveyor System. 2. Company Culture & Environment. 3. Timely Salary.

Dislikes

1. Salary structure is poor as compared to current market standards. 2. Promotions & Increments are less as compared to other companies. 3. No extra benefits provided to site staffs for prolonged working hours at site.

It's a good company if you want to indulge yourself in core(mechnical)..being a small company,you can learn a lot in the first 1-2 years..

Dislikes

There's a lot of politics in the company,no matter how good you are,your starting salary will be just 12k-15k a month...and when you get the increment after an year of hard work,they will pay extra 500-700rs as increment...if you are hard working enough to butter higher officials,maybe you can get 1000-1200 rs as an increment...higher official will put a lot of pressure on the juniors to do this ,do that... which makes no sense at all...and even if you worked all works effortlessly and 1 day you didn't...they will count on it

...ith innovation and undergoing development , one can have a good areer growth. 5)Salary as per Industry standards 6)Have to travel for project work within a short notice. 7) The political affairs disrupt the working atmosphere. 8) Knowledge can be gathered through various discussions with senior executives. 9) Healthy working environment unless disrupted bt political interferance.

1) Political intervention 2) Whimsical decisions by Managing Authority. 3) Machineries purchased are not always upto the mark as per Indian Standard. 4) Lack of high skilled manpower.

Likes

Good for fresher learning. Salary you will get on time that's it.

Dislikes

Salary is very low Taking fresher and after get experience not getting good increment If you are at site will get 2000rs sop but at office,you would not get nothing. Site have rcm and doing things in their way. There have no rules of working hours and shift, even on sunday you have to work. You will not get money for overtime.
