Salary and compensation is very good offering to experience persons. Work culture is very good. Housekeeping and admin system is very nice.

Dislikes

Safety aspects, Hazop not upto marked. Equipment safety , Preventive maintenance is very poor. Engineering function needs to follow current engineering practices.

It's good for those Who.are came as fresher to develop skill, lot of instrument are available for learning in quality.

...ncrement also not on time always delayed, HR even not in the favour of employee. No uniform for employee, salary deduction is high.

1)Work culture should be good. why ? Because I seen here employees doing hard work but nobody appreciat them . I want culture as its help to enhance output with positive feedback of employees. 2) Quality of food provided by organization is poor and due to that wastage of food observed. In Simple way "As Quality of food increases wastage decrease". 3) Employees Sefty is low. 4) Training program

For Freshers it is very good company. Initially 2 years bond but CTC is very good after completion of bond.canteen food is good, increment is good.Job security is very good . 8 hours duty but during audit time 12 hours compulsory. Only copy paste system working here . No innovative ideas

...demic situations No safety No Support from HR side safety is on only in paper. No bonus from compny side , salary also cutting very High.medical facility available but it charges also 1100 nearly in every month. No supportive HR 3 month notice period without any compromise Increment and bonus dealy in 2020 till date not arrived. No skill development. Security guard, canteen workers and bus drivers are real boss of this company. No respect of employees. Not supportive staff they are Only think about only self job. In Macleods lots of employees are time pass and they are only spend time 9-5 with lots of politics. No breakfast during morning and night shift. Bakwaas tea Mobile not allowed Above 3 days leave , leave application compulsory with sign of HOd and incharge. Worst medical facilities I'm doing same work here last 3 years.
