Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Nothing is so good here, which I can talk about!

Dislikes

There is no job security, no policies for growth & promotions; instead of employee growth policies they are more concerned about the time of coming to office; the shoes you wear, your outfit, no proper time or basis for salary appraisal, lots of politics on all levels, no hierarchy, no personal support, work environment is bad, no respect of employees; they only see Big4 background not the actual knowledge, nobody will listen to your problems.
