...ying salaries, if salaries asking they are will sacking the jobs, Rowdy company. Income tax deducting from salary not paying to Government, PF deducting from salary not depositing.

MachFox company is a startup and a growing company, my experience with this firm is quite good and interesting. already completed my first work anniversary with the firm and moving forward see myself in a better position both in professional growth and on personal growth.

Mr. Yogesh Pawar is the director of the company. He is the owner of this company and is a good person. He listens to everyone and talks to everyone very lovingly. If any helper goes to talk to him, he doesn't even mind talking to him. He talks to them very lovingly, just like his own children.

Dislikes

The culture of Matchbox Hydraulic Company is very bad because the manager here, Mr. Ram, is not educated and he does not know how to talk to anyone. If anyone says anything to him about anyone, then he believes that. The biggest mistake in this company is that when you have to leave, you will not be given any notice period or any information. You will be directly told that there will be no duty from tomorrow. and does not cross-examine the things with his mind as to what is right. What is wrong, who has said what wrong about whom. What has been said right; he only listens to his words and takes the decision and abuses the people in front about his floor works. He does not talk to anyone with love. Does not know how to get the work done. He talks to you in an absolutely wrong tone.
