a system engineer

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

...er growth could involve 50% politics. But your potential doesn't go unnoticed. Half of your salary goes in your clothing, grooming and transport, so don't be tricked by the digits you are offered. You get to travel once in 3 months for a day at least, accommodation is 5 star and cab charges are reimbursed. Be professional and keep yourself out of politics. Do not disclose your personal life info to your colleagues or manager, it could be used against you. If you are looking for learning, you'll be amazed by how much your skills improve in just a year.

MACC company overall good but don't go rental basic because not taking any responsibility macc side, I work one rental company under macc company ASIAF DEVELOPMENT COMPANY , This company not giving salary proper time and also not paying proper settlement, overall direct macc better my five years experience and also working good environment
