Only benefit is its reputation... Nothing else

Dislikes

No work life balance, it has a bad management structure. You can't even take a casual leave ( provided 1 per month) to your desire. Daily zoom meeting for 2 hrs. 3 months Notice period or 30k compensation for a worst online course. Provides 1 training section and puts all the information in your head. Support from Dept. heads are clearly opaque. Expects you to provide 1 year sales experience from 1st month.

Feel good. Because i have more experience in gold load and branch maintenance, operations.

Dislikes

Am only one person (employee) from tamilnadu. This concern branches having in kerala state only. Now i like willing to work near by my native.
