Nothing ,, tooo much politics ,, and COO of the company has worst behavior and involve the employee in too much politics and also no manners how to talk and behave ,, stay away .....

Dislikes

Every thing ,, specially COO of the company Navin Gupta ,, worst behave and highly involve in politics ,, they use 6 to 8 month and then fire the employee Even torcher ,, He has zero knowledge of operation and management but bcs of high politics he become a COO of the company...

Training courses and a platform from where you can start for freshers

Dislikes

Like company told us that after 6 months you will get promotion with increment according to your performance but after joining company told us after 1 year you will get promotion and another thing or now I have completed 1 year but till now I have not got the confirmation.

Dislikes

1. Worst thing is that they don't have a systematic approach towards the implementation of work. 2. Salary structure is too low compared to other Aluminium extrusion companies. 3. Work satisfaction is zero.

As on date no one likes the work culture.

Dislikes

Maan is running, without any effective leadership. There is no job security. (More than 10 years old employee and awarded by management, suddenly declared inefficient.). (A 32 years old employee who achieved DGM position and suddenly management declared inefficient.). Only "Yes Boss" culture. Skill development is nothing because an engineer have to work in packing and dispatch department. Nobody have the right to oppose the management decisions. So overall the experience is terrible.

The company is open to innovation and the markets reliable and high quality products.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strength. Also Senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes
