Aagar achha kuch hai toh hai toh kuch senior milega tumko jo achha hai supportive hai..kaam ka pressure jada nehi hota.

...e nehi dega.. Company mai HR sirf namm ke waste hai. Uska koi baat nehi chalta.. Agar company ka owner kuch bola toh without notice wo change ho jata hai like yearly bonus, salary, etc.. Office culture pe aate hai. Charo taraf saab gutka kha rahe hai company ke aandar, khud office manager jo hai wo 9hours muh pe gutka chaba raha hai.. Ekdam ghtiya culture hai waha ka.. Freshers ko 10-11k salary deta hai. Or increment pe 10 to 15% max tum jitna bhi achha kam karlo.

Dislikes

Management is poor and they only listen from their chatukars. No increment for work if you beg only then they will raise your salary. Oiling and ji hajuri works but your skills will not. Most of the managers are illiterate but they are getting assistant graduate. Company owner hire people without knowing what the new joinee will do. Company only increases salary for those wo are good at "Chatukarita". If you are good in your work and do only that then you will never grow in this company

First of All Job security, Flexibility, Cab service after lockdown with nominal monthly Fare.

Dislikes

Stop yearly Bonus + nominal Increment + Leave Encashment after lockdown, salary cut off (25%) 3 months during lockdown, no career growth, opportunity, culture is not good, management issue, lot of politics.

They r thinking about the employees the whole branches including H.O. in india during this pendamic situation... Co has own software.. And employees have very friendly behavior they guide me when I was in trouble.. And co thinks about the market situation... And my colleagues are from dffrnt culture backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration..

Dislikes

Because of slow growth..and the work pressure is so high..
