This company is greedy and sucks the life out of employees just to make more profir. the director from fieldwork team talks to his employees very rudely, and insted of uplifting them, he scholds them in front of others. Employees are constently under presur, with unrealistic target and no recognition for their hard work. there is no work life balance, no salaty hikes, no office parties, and no gatherings - just relentless work like donkies. The management show no concerns for employee' mental [physical well being. leading to toxic and stressfull work environment, many employees feel trapped, undervalued and overworked with no appriciation or growth, please dont join Fieldwork / project management team

I never seen a company like this.May b the team i worked is toxic.I worked in a very bad team where everyone especially the tamil people formed a group and started targetting me.Manager named Rohit gave false promises before joining and when I asked him for the hike he started targetting me and blamed me on my wrk.I have 3.5 years of expereince in the same field, Manager tortured me so much so I have to move out of the company.I even contacted hr but she also supports him as he ia working there for many years.There is so much politics within the team.Female employees has no safety in the team.They talk very rudely with female employees.I never gave reviews about any company but I wanted to raise this all concerns because i strongly recommend not to join in this company.Even start up companys are more better than this because they follow work ethics.Here there is no proffesional ethics even to the manager.I wonder how he got the manager role.If you are non Tamilian then this place is not for you.

My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely. There are a lot of Employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Use of latest technologies to ease of work done.

There is nothing I dislike about my job working at M360 Research in particular.

Likes

They believe and invest on employees and give sufficient time to enhance skills and improve performance. Never rush out to be perfect in short time.

So far, never felt something is not good here because it's been only 5 months with M360.

Likes

Employees work culture is excellent up to the extend. They also provide a huge learning opportunity in terms of developmental skills and depth knowledge for the employees and so on. I would absolutely recommend to my friends if they are looking for job in entry level.
