You get salary on time You work in fintech startup so the impact of your work , even if its a bug fix, could be seen easily

Strong Tamil culture. They don't want to represent themselves as an Indian company. They want to be a proud Tamil company. Nothing wrong with that, but don't hire people outside from Tamil Nadu and treat them as outsiders. Poor onboarding of the freshers. You wont get any reimbursement from the company. HRs don't respond to your requests. Poor work life balance (This one is specific to my team) Very few options to eat during lunch time. (for north indians)

Just one like is Salary gets credited on time apart from that is company is worst.

I am telling about M2P's Vikhroli Mumbai office. Apart from salary everything is worst. I suggest never join this organisation. They lay off people without informing. There is no work life balance employee stays in office till 11 in the night. There is no learning curve and they use very old technologies. They interviews candidates in Spring boot framework and tell them they gonna work in this technology but after joining company employees have to work on play framework which is not industry standards. They put people in PIP frequently and soon after that they ask them resign by your side and we will give you some salary.

M2P is deeply rooted in its traditional culture and is known for being there for their employees whom they call as family. Very happy working here, learnings are so under the roof, each day u wl have a new and different experience.. The best part is , u can talk to founders of the company thy are so approachable, no matter the designation and where you stand..

We can able to acquire knowledge from different departments for example, If I was an operation team with zero % knowledge in tech/development but interested to lean. In this scenario we can sit with different team and we can learn a new things with manager support.
