Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

Nothing to like about M2P

I have been interviewed in M2P for around a year. More than 10 rounds of interviews happened and this includes multiple Technical rounds. Finally I got selected and HR (Preetha) asked me to submit my documents for verification. Document verification was also successful. But after all these screening they never came back and released any offer. All I could say is they just simply wasted my time and energy. Advice to M2P - Please don’t start hiring process if there is no need. People who are in need of a Job, they are seeing at companies with the hope that one fine day they can get an offer and start working and help managing their families. Please please don’t kill anyone’s hope.

- Job security is not secured I recommend if you are looking for job secured this is not place for you. - No recognition for your efforts and contributions just be available 24/7 on teams - They pull you anytime on teams call - Director don’t care about you not trying to understanding circumstances. Just need Answer yes or no. First there is no process and expectations are like developing AI launching to moon. - director is really biased. - No work satisfaction, team lead work here is notifying resources coming office time and going office time. Because he is close to director - company culture is really bad and no process of work.

1. Product is not stable after 12 years 2. Product team so called as Scrum Masters are the worst here. They don't know there own system. And not able to learn, help and understand 3. Sales so called BD team thinks they owns you and can treat you like servant. They don't know what we have and what we support they just sale randomly and out pressure for delivery 4. Management is not serious or having there own internal politics which exploit the team 5. Toxic work culture no working hours. They can ask to work post office hours weekend and if something went wrong then it's onboarding team fault 6. Senior SPOCs are not aware what is happening and what is required they will simply put blaim on team. 7. For the sake they called having office at different locations but you need to work from the Product location for us it's lending FF Bangalore
