Dislikes

The organization operates as a family-oriented business, which results in a lack of professionalism and zero focus on skill development. Work satisfaction is severely lacking, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of my immediate superior, Mr. Karan Anturkar. He lacks the experience and maturity expected of a leader, often engaging in blame games rather than taking accountability or guiding the team. His attitude toward juniors is extremely disrespectful, treating them more like subordinates or laborers than valued team members. Constructive feedback and healthy communication are completely absent, making it difficult to stay motivated or grow within such an environment.
