My teammates is good. No any training in company, given only guidance of your particular work. Can't growth your career. If you don't have a any job then you can hold this company. Poor Salary/appraisal, you can't expect as per your performance. No free food policy for seating extra hours. Work environment is also not good. If you are belonging from south indian culture then you can expect everything (i.e. Salary growth, compensation, other facilities etc.) (if you are not capable for suitable job) otherwise you didn't get good salary in this company (if you are capable for job) No any policy on paper for condition. Employees are spending extra hours on daily basis. (actually official work time is 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, but you can't left company before 6.30) 6.30 pm is official time as per environment.

No good salary package for suitable candidates (you can get best salary package if you are belonging from South Indian culture) Training not conducted Worst work environment You can't think for long term job in your life

I worked in m power micro finance.First i would like to thank them to give me chance to work this organisation.about company policies M power provide loan for ladies their startup new business because improve their financial problem.Company's management is the best management in micro finance industry.

I think ,They should provide better salary to new employee /staff .Because of Employee will not leave the job.

For Sunday working they are not giving any additional leave or alternate leave and worst thing is that if your leaves are there when you left the job you can't get money against that paid leave in settlement

A good company managed by renowned ex bankers having vast experience in micro finance.Company adopts latest technology and most of the works are computerised.Good organization set up and good co ordinance among the caders.On the whole a good ambience to work

Dislikes

The company's functioning towards the social objective of giving helping hand to small trader,startups and small entrepreneur by way of short term finance . Client base mostly spread in semi urban and rural.Recovery mechanism has to be geared up to bring down the number of stressed accounts.Regulation of time management is required.
