1. Working invironment is not good. Very hot and dusty invironment on floor. 2. Politics level so high, the Engineering deptt guy will just keep on eyes on you like a spy all the time. you have not taken your decision in your responsible area with out his involvement. 3. No any authority to do work independently, all decision rights to engineering department to judge your performance. 4.Sitting of managers on floor, without any AC/ Coolers accommodation, no any sitting provide to Junier staff AM and below. 5.Financial investment decisions very slow and the scop of plant head authority is very less. 6. Everything is under control of engineering dept 03 persons, they push to management to do things according to their comfort and feel his need every time.

All is good, process is best for produce products, every station have Chack point, nobody can bypass, process.

Dislikes

All time move on shop floor, no sitting, record always maintain in register. Do have system for Xcel file and make ppt. etc.

The hectic work culture leads a person to become genius for future companies

Dislikes

The worst culture seen ever in my job tenure of 14 years. No job security. Anyone from lower level to GM level can be fired anytime with relieving on the same date. Abusing everyone is the management culture.
