The thing which is good there is the salary package may be for corporate staff. That's the only good thing.

You have to work like a slave there . U have to do the same thing all the time. And ur seniors who have been working there for a looooooong time, they will use u and dominates u like anything. U cant use ur mind and skill there , u just have to work according to ur boss ! Over all ,,not at all a good choice to go there and work.

...mprove upper management label.They treated ur employees as a like bonded labor.they never given the salary slip ,No joining latter and also no offer latter etc.they only listening his old staff .And one more thing there was no weekly off.

I love this organization but need to improve their management label. Becuse there is no any rights for hr or other lables.
