Canteen facility is nice. Also the location during mansoon becomes very nice. However it’s too remote from city.

Irregular salary. Commute to work is very tough. If you are late you can’t get any private transport.

Bad work culture. Politics by employees. Salary not on time. No appraisal. No value for employees. No voice for employees rights. Favoratism by the management. No limit in working hours. No transportation access as it is in a remote area. Employees are puppet of management. HR is a email drafter of management.
