Canteen facility is nice. Also the location during mansoon becomes very nice. However it’s too remote from city.

Irregular salary. Commute to work is very tough. If you are late you can’t get any private transport.

Bad work culture. Politics by employees. Salary not on time. No appraisal. No value for employees. No voice for employees rights. Favoratism by the management. No limit in working hours. No transportation access as it is in a remote area. Employees are puppet of management. HR is a email drafter of management. If you still want to join this organisation connect with people who worked there.

Best thing about the company is we work on the any project from the start to end of the project, so there are more knowledge gain and we learn form the mistake. for learning phase is good organization.

Dislikes

While ME Energy has a structured work environment, here are area need improvement. the work culture, though professional , sometimes lack open communication from the management, making it difficult for employee to voice concerns, The workload can be demanding, leading to stress, and achieving a proper work-life balance can be challenging at times. additionally, leave policy could be more flexible.

I like only ODP(outdoor programme) of this company.

Dislikes

Work life balance is the worst, there is no time to leave the office especially for the detailing team in which I'm working and no one appreciates for the work you have completed sitting over time. Also there is no over time paid for the extra time you are sitting in the office. No one cares about your emergency or any personal work. Managers does not support you in any way. Company culture is the worst I've ever experienced.

Work life balance is worst, there is a fixed timing to come to office but no out time is fixed. Manager don't appreciate even if we sit back and complete the work, leaves are not approved and work from home is given when we take leave and they are approved. According to manager, if I'm sitting in the office then you should also sit. Going to lunch is not on time but coming back from lunch is fixed. Even if want tea break we need to take permission from manager. Some days if we reach 10 min late in office they consider half day but if we sit 2 hours extra for work they don't pay ot and don't even appreciate.
