Mrpl is second large refinery in India.... So learning every different jobs in instrumentation fields....... In our compony Safety is very important factor at working site.....

Salary is very low....facilities was provided only permanent employees...

Work environment was nice, only female colleagues which was quite comfortable.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, and the office was like bigboss house, every action is watched even they count how many times a person went to washroom. Manager do not value an individual's uniqueness
