I don't like pay scale of this company. This company pay very low salary for respective post that too without any satisfactory increment. Company should pay more attention towards workers happiness. Even the food they provide is just to keep people alive.

I resigned from the position of QA Manager on 10-Jan-2023 due to my health was not good and it was risky to continue further. But I was not allowed to leave company till 8-Aug-23 despite my health issue which was proved by health check report from well known hospital Hayat International, twice. All this happened with QA Manager, so it was normal with other employees.

when my parents both die, there is no mercy for this company to provide me an emergency vacation, they want to pay them 3 months of basic salary as qualateral that you will come back, the problem is i dont have money to provide that, even they will return it is not a professional way, only i can afford is my own ticket and budget.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
