There are high chances of this company getting shut down in some time...........dont be shocked if sales person gets hired and fired within 3 days. All other post in the company are occupied except for the sales profile. I would say no individual to join this company.

There is too much of favourism in the company due to which the sales people who are close to the sales head will get support from the company others will just be exploited.

Working at mPaani has to be the most disastrous and worst decision of my life. Nothing is good about this company.

Dislikes

1) The payment cycle is not regular. 2) Company makes you to work at odd hours. 3) No medical benefits. 4) Fires people if they don't report to work during medical emergencies. 5) Expect to be available at 2 am in the night too. 6) The most important thing, reviews placed on glassdoor are all fake reviews. If you happen to see the review placed dates, all are of same day. I meant to say that the employer forces to publish all good things about the company so that the investor is wooed. 7) Pls don't waste time giving interview here coz u all be fired eventually after a month or may be in a fortnight. 8) Operations and Sales is run by ppl who has no prior experience of field or ppl management. 0
