...down 2020. Mr Ramit Bhatnagar gives me an opportunity to work with this company. I love to work here i got 98% salary appreciation in last 4 year average 25%. I love to work in this organisation. But i wish to work in an automobiles industry that the only reason i am leaving this lovely organisation. Management is supportive. I was very happy while working in this company. Most of time people enjoy when the switch there job but for me it’s painful because of i have lot of good memories. Supportive colleagues and motivational management .

As i know. There are everything is good. I am telling after 4 year of experience.

Company policies are not good, appraisals are not fair and they give average salary and no bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow.

...essional front, Growth opportunity are in increasing trend in this organisation. Salary is offered to right & deserving candidate as per best industry norm. Appraisal of staff are given time to time on the yearly basis & often half yearly basis of deserving candidates. Training and induction are given to new joiner to learn & grow with company. Company environment helps existing and new joiner to work smoothly and maintained the personal and social life together. I had a good learning experience and growth opportunity.
