From a customer perspective, the price range is good.

...agement here and the entire store operation is run in a micro-management manner.And salary is very nominal, duty hours is 10-11 hours.store manager mentality is Very Very very chip. Company Operation is not on any track. The entire company is running on "bhaiya" Giri system. Store manager behaviour like owners The tone of the speech is not correct. All the old staff think they are dada. There is no SOP in this company. I would suggest you think twice before joining this company.

As a employee I am satisfied with metro retail Pvt Ltd But Management salary package very low,

Management salary very low, & Retail head analysis not perfect, Which employee good or which employee bad not analysis, While I am at metro retail Pvt Ltd organization Titabar branch,I am many changes in my store and store growth last three financial year sale analysis,and we have achieved silver and golden target continue,but while I am resigning this organisation till date this store not achieved minimum silver target,and many staff resign from here, That means High level & store level management monitoring not actuall,

Salary structure is very poor as per retail industry. You can't invent new things or try new things to grow up your sales and you will only grow if you have any family relations in this company. Many store managers who have stole money and got trapped by police , are sitting in HO and holding a position. 🙂

Worst job experince ever....they gav a store manager less than 12k. Then u could easily guess the salary of below staffs. No work life balance and fraudulent promises by comapany no growth and increment at all.

Theri frinedly behaviour and no pressure for sale . If you want to be free from sales pressure then you can joi but dont expect good salary not at all.

...ce. So by giving good performance you cant do anything for your salary increase. Bad salary scale i mean very bad. I have been working for 5 years. And they don't trust managers easily this is the most hurtfull thing.
