Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Absolutely love the culture, we all work hard but party harder, plus you get a lot of flexibility and no micro management at all. If you are young then you usually join as a generalist then you get to own a domain after 3-4 months. We believe that each employee should own something, so that they get more than ready to start their entrepreneurial journey.
