This seems to be a company one can spend a long term with. They are actually solving a huge problem, at the same time providing a great work culture and growth opportunities. They have hired some good talent and everyone seems to be goal oriented without engaging in petty politics It's a very well structured company and has employee friendly policies

I truly appreciate the work life balance at Lytx, which allows me to manage my personal life while being productive at work. The culture is great, promoting collaboration and openness. Lytx is fairly new to India but not to the world, so awaiting the first appraisal in a few weeks. I am positive about the impressive benefits segment, which is unmatchable considering the other SaaS based orgs in BLR.

Dislikes

I would prefer to call this as area of improvements, internal communication during transitions sometimes delays in updates that impacts some decision making for example a decision to hire after team in the US and Israel and India. While i also see that the strong leadership has also been working towards minimizing the time taken.
