Those from Andhra Pradesh are more likely to receive promotions and salary increases. Another director, Mangesh Thakrey, who is from Nagpur and also an ex-Cerium director, seems to show similar bias toward employees from Ramdeo Baba College, Nagpur, or Nagpur itself. This favoritism likely stems from the director's backgrounds at Cerium Tech Mahindra, where there may have been improper practices. Suresh Varupula’s relative, Rajesh Varupula, is currently working at Cerium Tech Mahindra and is reportedly continuing similar favoritism there. Additionally, the company is facing difficulties in securing clients due to widespread malpractice and frequent breaches of the code of conduct. These issues are damaging the company's reputation and hindering its growth. You may see here five-star ratings for company, but these are primarily submitted by employees from Andhra Pradesh in an attempt to keep these issues hidden from the outside world.

Management is friendly and supportive. They are training the junior engineers well before placing on client. As it’s a service company, work mostly depends on the client you get placed. I’m fortunate enough to have got a good client and work. So far it’s been a rewarding journey.

Dislikes

Office space is quite small. But I guess once Lyptus grows, they should move to a bigger office. I think placing engineers at clients has been quite challenging for Lyptus I felt. May be because they are a new company and it also depends on market. No lunch or tea provided

My manager super supportive and great learning experience with him and colleagues, mostly people are from Ex cerium and other start ups based orgs ,so few new people may face some hustle culture which very much normal for start ups, As the team size is small so they take small projects and client based location projects, being on bench may suffocating sometimes but keep learning and they arrange interviews, Many people complaint that mostly ex directors from cerium heading this company so what's the problem ,was cerium not a successful company(IMO It was)

Some problems comes due to service based companies which not specific to lyptus, they have to adjust everyone according to client needs and engineers calibre, this process may take some months, as company new and making its name in market so they mostly agree the clients policy (let's say client ask for 5 days wfo so they agree although lyptus have hybrid model)

Likes

Lyptus is a great place to work with supportive management and a friendly team the company provides good opportunities for learning and growth, especially in the embedded systems. The work environment is positive, and work-life balance is well-maintained.

Lyptus could improve in streamlining processes and communication.

There are many opportunity to showcase your knowledge and wide area to gain knowledge. Senior most people will guide you to get best skills. Opportunity to work on scratch projects.
