Lxl ideas is going great job. It produces short films for children based on life skills. Nowadays it has become important to teach life skill to students. Lxl is using cinematic storytelling as a medium to teach life skills.

Compensation per training is very low.

I loved the benefits Lxlideas gave me and also the exposure I received from Sultan. He is an amazing leader and lot to learn from him. I experienced being in a team of people of various kinds and that helped me grow mentally.

Dislikes

Some biasness which goes on because of few seniors who have captured the role of pulling others down and make sure by there behaviour the others feel left out. Unfortunately they are the pillars so the new pillars are neglected.

Dream come true to work at this bright and lively place which enables you to balance your work and personal life at once. People here are very well behaved and cultured. IDEAS truly a place where your creative mind will be appreciated. A place you never want to leave. I personally would jump and go back if there is a new place in Pune.

I love the fact that i am a part of LXL ideas.I would love to say LXL ideas is a very innovative company. Best part of comapany is the colleagues comes from different backgrounds of the country and work happily with collaboration.I also like the employee re-hire policy of the company.

Generally speaking my work was little hactic because i have to travel a lot in a day and from one part of thr city to another part of the city.
