Work culture is Based on trust. All sales force are self motivated to do their job. Helpful people are always around.

The Salary structure is not organised on the basis of position or Business generation. Plus increments are on the basis of top managers will not on the basis of performance.

Third class culture in plant and monopoly persons on top.

Monopoly at top level. They not bother what happened and why it is happening and whoever gives profit to company ;then they are real enemy of him.

Luxottica owns the best eyewear brands in the world. like Ray-Ban. The culture in the company i.e HQ is very light-hearted everyone performs their task & stays happy. The policies are employee friendly & encouraging.

For me, it's very difficult to pinpoint the problem. i leave this point for others !
