...g order generation again this could be a reason of failure of Production team. Salary time could be 1st or 2nd instead 7th of every month but rest assured its credited on 7th every month

Hard to believe not any thing I like... culture, management, growth, salary deduction,no week off even calling in Sunday as well... alteration very high... only plus the colleagues they are good but afraid of management...no work liberty...

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No increament.

No growth, teammates are not supportive. Company policies are very bad, appraisals are unfair and they give bad salary like a work. But some people are very supportive and helpful personality like a Harish Girdhar of purchase department.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very little compared to work. No salary growth..

If you want a safe secure job this company is heaven. People are nice. Seniors are supportive.

Dislikes

If you want to learn and gain knowledge stay away as much as you can. Engineering department (Machine Development) has no value for management. Even managers are helpless. They want to acknowledge their team members but management and HR don't support.
