Salary is very less, Rude behavior from management there is a culture of marwari & Non marwari , If you are Non marwari then god known for your carrier. no growth no money. Pathetical company to work .

There is hardly anything which anybody will like anything about this company.

There are so many things to dislike such as no yearly increment, pay scale are really low as per the company growth, no corporate culture, The owners are illiterate so its very hard to make them understand any law or policy. more than 9 hours working hours, only ten holidays in a year but no holiday on 1st May and Gandhi Jayanti. The Directors abuse their employee in dirty languages even in extreme anger sometimes physically assault them.

...ny will throw you out. Pathetic company to be work for as far as my experience. Also there is no annual appraisal or salary hike. Last 5 years hikes provided to the people who are liked by superiors only. It's "Babu culture" type marwari organization.
