... company. They will flaw you with the product range but don't just believe them. Salary is also terrible. And they will not hesitate to deduct your so called salary without any reason sometimes. Just stay at home rather than joining Luna bearings. In the end they also kept my 27k and refused to clear

Company have good culture and best part is flexible working hours. Seniors are helpful and friendly.

Salary hike are less compared to standard market. Employees in sales department have more opp as compared to rest of the departments.

Bull sit company(for obvious reasons written like this). Please don't join this company they will use you like hell and squeeze the hell out of you. Will hold your salary for months, will make you sign bonds, will give no increment for years and will force you to work late without even providing you some refreshments and will abuse saying(tumhare ghar ka hai kya). The director of the company is the sole culprit of all the things. Director abuses so much to anyone like he owns all people like all are their servants for life. If you genuinely want to learn and grow DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY according to me

Excellent for freshers. Freshers start with worst experience will make them tough in life. Few managers will support you.

Growth by hard-working expectations plz stay away. You are nothing but piece of garbage 🚯 for the supremes of the company. The supreme will treat you as if the company has obliged you by employing you. Place is just like market where people are seen coming and going. The supreme will abuse. So be use to it. Work your *** off hard as you can and get increments of 1-2k after 1.5 years that too on your managers will.

People who working here do not get increment on time, company owner give good increment to their favourite people only, The owner of the company abuses the employee and talks very badly if he gets angry, one who works honestly has no value, The company’s policy is very bad, people are forced to wear office uniforms despite not being in the policy, Those who work inside the office are forced to wear uniform, if they do not wear it, they talk about fine deduction from the employee’s salary and The one who has worked here for 5 years and more do not get gratuity while leaving the company, The policy for sales people is very worst.
