Can’t recall any. Policies were good but due to cost cutting, it’s weakening.

Politics, bad managers, no work life balance and no professional growth based on your good work but you will have to be a favourite of your seniors, atleast that was what happening in my dept.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, apprisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of workers and management doesn't address any issues. Salary is better but carrier growth is slow. There is no bond, if you work hard then you grow. But some body have demoralise the junior..

Focus on sustainability, innovation and learning. It's an empowering and inclusive culture where I feel safe to be myself and voice my opinions. There is a strong bonding in the team and I feel that I have great opportunities to grow along with the organization. The policies are best in class and I can give feedback for improvement.

As per our job profile my salary is very poor as per New Employee who joins the company, now their salary is very good, compared to us Same job profile

Work culture is realy good, benifit and salary are average. Provide many useful tranning for self development. Take manny CSR project.

Nothing special to dislike but management include variable pay with apprisal .
