The travel expenses is good. You will visit international location once a year. In Covid they implied work from home for the employees who were not laid off. Second Saturday is off.

... 21-22 but all the hard work in vein. Infant non achiver got the highest rating. My boss was less educated & he was jealous because his salary was low from some ASM. At lastly he put all the ASM to PIP for no reason & fired them. HR policies are also week. They won't support you against your reporting manager. Only they can do the paperwork for their reputation.

Today Old and Loyal Employees of Luminous are Sad and in Immense Pressure . Company Recruit Branch Managers and Regional Managers From Other Sectors Specially Telecom . The Culture of Telecom and Electrical Trade are Different . They Are good for Nothing . They even not able to give any Bussiness Reference to ASM. They Are not Visit ASM Terrotries .They don't give any type of Support to ASM . They Communicate Wrong And False Information to Upper Management and Build False Narratives about ASM 'S and Safe their Skins . Success Factor is also A Big Drama .
