Can’t recall any. Policies were good but due to cost cutting, it’s weakening.

Politics, bad managers, no work life balance and no professional growth based on your good work but you will have to be a favourite of your seniors, atleast that was what happening in my dept.

As far as Employees well being - I would rate 5* , Policy introduced for employees during Pandemic is awesome, No doubt at all - Luminous do take care of their employees fabulously..

No clear Goal Sheet & carrier progression. Appraisal is depending upon your peer salary not depending upon your performance & experience.

No career growth only time passing , not good working culture , a lot of politics if you are performer and talking about our growth then you are ignorance while senior not talking on this topic they are given extra unnecessary pressure

Company's environment is very good .I have no problem with company during lockdown and no salary issue. Company provides us innovative activities and also i am enjoying these activities. Our management is also very good. According to me salary is not good compare than other brands but insentive policy is good so all over I am satisfied with Luminous. I am happy to be a part of Luminous Power Technologies.

May be company must be think about travel allowance and salary increase.

Focus on sustainability, innovation and learning. It's an empowering and inclusive culture where I feel safe to be myself and voice my opinions. There is a strong bonding in the team and I feel that I have great opportunities to grow along with the organization. The policies are best in class and I can give feedback for improvement.
