Work culture is realy good, benifit and salary are average. Provide many useful tranning for self development. Take manny CSR project.

Nothing special to dislike but management include variable pay with apprisal .

Can’t recall any. Policies were good but due to cost cutting, it’s weakening.

Dislikes

Politics, bad managers, no work life balance and no professional growth based on your good work but you will have to be a favourite of your seniors, atleast that was what happening in my dept.

As far as Employees well being - I would rate 5* , Policy introduced for employees during Pandemic is awesome, No doubt at all - Luminous do take care of their employees fabulously..

No clear Goal Sheet & carrier progression. Appraisal is depending upon your peer salary not depending upon your performance & experience.

...rganization. Job security now days are good unless you are not in a mess totaly. Salary perks are ok if you able to bargain. Internal growth is average. I will recomend to join this company.

Work environment is based on your senior leaders. If the leader is good everything will fall in place. So till the time I am writing this review negatives are gone & no cons to write. Though some cons was their in earlier stage but everything is taken care of by the organization.

The travel expenses is good. You will visit international location once a year. In Covid they implied work from home for the employees who were not laid off. Second Saturday is off.

... 21-22 but all the hard work in vein. Infant non achiver got the highest rating. My boss was less educated & he was jealous because his salary was low from some ASM. At lastly he put all the ASM to PIP for no reason & fired them. HR policies are also week. They won't support you against your reporting manager. Only they can do the paperwork for their reputation.
