No salary Hike fast 8 years working no increment an appraisal an I am still getting salary 15000 only pls atleast 20000 give to me an others also because 10 years working no use other companys are given but lumina data matatics not gvn.

... helps people who have been searching for a job for a long time without success. When people come to this company, they are able to get a job, even if it's at a low salary. That's what I like about this company.

Firstly this company give very low salary. Salary increment not satisfaction because it increment only like 500 to 700 rupees in salary. Company taking project like that we have to work on holidays also like 2 Oct, festival holidays, 1 May. When we apply for leave leader told as work extra for 2 to 3 days. Now that is enough from my side
