... helps people who have been searching for a job for a long time without success. When people come to this company, they are able to get a job, even if it's at a low salary. That's what I like about this company.

Firstly this company give very low salary. Salary increment not satisfaction because it increment only like 500 to 700 rupees in salary. Company taking project like that we have to work on holidays also like 2 Oct, festival holidays, 1 May. When we apply for leave leader told as work extra for 2 to 3 days. Now that is enough from my side

...s fair well in their jobs and try to find ways to mentally torture the employee. No bonus/ appraisal.

Management is not transparent. Company policies are very bad, appraisals are very worst and the salary is not worth.

Lots of politics and the administration team is worst. Career growth is okay but, salary is worst.

I had enjoyed about my work. Apart from salary my job is my passion to do perfectly with coordinator.

Its a normal company to get some minimum salary and knowledge as temporary. The level of growth is not improved after 4 years also. Need to think about future and join with the company.
