... company, if you don't want to have work life balance just go with this company. Even the package they give is less but work is more have to work more than 12 hours every day to finish work. In my case i have spent more than 12 hours being an e2e team during my tenure in company. Even the hikes they have given this time is too bad with 5% hike.

I don't like behaviour of managers especially technical lead. TL nature is flirting. They can support only character less and liar girls.

Managers behaviour is not good. Manager support wrong and clever persons only . If you will not say thank.. they will escalate and complain you. You are not saying thanks to colleagues

Politics culture deeply graded inside the management . You have to be part of group where manager should be part of it. Promotion decided on the basis of egoistic instinct of management not deliverable. Also more years you worked, more changes to get promoted Good company for those who wanted to work as an employee not as person because you loosed your character when you start acting like an employee.

Freedom to express your opinions, and even senior management will acknowledge your concerns and points of view on technical matters. Whether you are a junior or senior has no bearing on the situation. You will periodically receive points in appreciation, which can be exchanged for cash.

Dislikes

If you do quality work, you will be given additional assignments in both your own and other fields. So if you do good work, be prepared to work harder.

Only changes need to bring is..Managers should know basic knowledge on all the technology to analyze individual resource effort. Else he cannot judge who is doing great and who is not.
