Base Salary should have been better as per work.

Flexibility to work. Work culture is also pretty good. There is no strict office timings so that is also a good thing.

Dislikes

There's no career growth. Promotion/Recognition part is also not good. Salary increment is same as the basic market norm but for work they expect more from you. Performance review process is not good.

Providing better Appraisal as expected by an employee with respect to the work.

Sometime extended working hours which could improve.

Comfortable working times, one can learn about various technologies, lots of leaves, very good HR team and helpful colleagues.

Dislikes

Can't gain in depth knowledge, not for software professionals, can't switch easily, because there are very few patent companies.
